Circuit Training 1. Fast feet a. 30 seconds as fast as you can go (get heart rate up) 2. Squats a. Narrow & wide leg (in Video and Glossary tabs) b. 30 seconds as fast as the individual can go 3. Bicep curls a. Variation available on website b. 30 second duration rather than a set count - Always a high intensity move then a strength move; working from largest muscles to smallest - Each move can be - Count 1 up, 1 down - Count 2 up, 1 down - Count 1 up, 2 down, - Count 3 up, 1 down, Count 1 up, 3 down, etc.
